제목 Functionalized Nanoporous Films by Block Copolymer Self-Assembly
초록 Nanoporous materials with a pore size on the nanometer scale have found applications in a number of various fields. The large internal surface area of nanoporous materials optimizes their use as a functional structure which can absorb or interact with ions or specific molecules. Self-assembly of block copolymers can provide very simple yet robust route to generating nanoporous polymeric films by removing one or additional component selectively. Furthermore, the diversity of block components enables the nanopores to be functionalized by various groups. For the purpose, self-assembled block copolymer thin films were prepared using cylinder-forming block copolymer systems including polystyrene-block-poly(ethylene oxide) and polystyrene-block –poly(methyl methacrylate). Nanopores obtained from block copolymer films were introduced by functional molecules such as aminopropytriethoxysilane. The functionalized nanoporous films were used to find possible potentials in membrane applications.
