제목 | Study on the electrochemical properties of gel-type polymer electrolytes based on chemically crosslinked SBR |
초록 | Polymer network structure for gel-type polymer electrolytes(GPEs) based on chemically cross-linked SBR (styrene butadiene rubber) was studied for the application to rechargeable batteries. GPE systems were composed of LiClO4, DME/γ-BL(7:3), and polymer matrix prepared by chemically cross-linked SBR with poly(ethylene glycol) methyl ether methacrylate (PEGMEM) having polar group (-CH2-CH2-O-) in side chain of monomer. By analyzing the fourier-transform infrared(FT-IR) spectrum and swelling ratio, we found the special behavior of ion conduction in GPEs with the increase of PEGMEM content. The electric repulsion between polymer-ions coordination and ions-organic solvent coordination leads to reduce the polymer entanglement and raises the expansion of the network. GPE consisting of chemically cross-linked polymer matrix had high dimension stability and no leakage. Also, the GPE was thermal irreversible unless at very high temperature. The highest ionic conductivity was 3.20×10-3S/cm at room temperature. |
