| 제목 | Blue organic electroluminescent devices based on the spiro[fluorene-7,9'-benzofluorene] derivatives as host materials |
| 초록 | A series of new blue light emitting spiro-type host materials (NBH-A2N, NBH-APN, NBH-BDS) were successfully prepared by suzuki coupling reactions of 5-dibromo-spiro[fluorene-7,9’-benzofluorene] with various boronic acids. When the device configuration of ITO/DNTPD/NPB/NBH-A2N:5, 10, 15% dopant/BCP/ Alq3/Al-LiF was constructed, the EL emissions of the devices (doped with 5% BD-6DPA) were observed at 462 nm at 7V and quantum efficiency of 6.01% was obtained. |
