Correlation of the substitution position of a phenylphosphine oxide on diphenylcarbazole and device performances of blue phosphorescent organic light-emitting diodes |
| 초록 |
We have designed and synthesized high triplet energy host materials based on phenylcarbazole and phosphine oxide. A phenylphosphine oxide modified diphenylcarbazole host materials with substituents at 2(2DCPO), 3(3DCPO) and 4(4DCPO) position were synthesized and their device performances were correlated with the chemical structure of the host materials. These materials showed good hole and electron transport properties, and was effective as the host materials for blue phosphorescent organic light emitting diodes. |
