제목 Self-Organization of Organic Semiconductor:Polymer Blends for Printed and Fibriform Organic Field-Effect Transistors
초록 Recently, organic semiconductors blended with polymeric binders have been the topic of intensive investigations as a promising approach to formulate organic semiconductor ink. In particular, the vertically segregated bilayer structures are fascinating considering that separate functional layers of the semiconductor and the gate-dielectric or semiconductor and the top-passivation layer in the OFET device can be deposited in a one-step film deposition process. This presentation will cover two distinctive demonstrations for (i) centro-apical self-organization of organic semiconductors in a line-printed organic semiconductor:insulating polymer blend and (ii) metal-polymer insulator-organic semiconductor coaxial microfibers using the self-organization of organic semiconductor:insulating polymer blends for weavable fibriform organic field-effect transistors.
