제목 Novel D-A type Polymeric Hole Transport Material without Dopant for planar perovskite solar cells
초록 Organic–inorganic hybrid perovskite has been explosively developed due to its outstanding properties. In perovskite solar cells (PSCs), perovskite is located between a working electrode (fluorine-doped tin oxide) and a counter electrode (gold, Au). Charge transport layers are located between perovskite and the electrodes to transport charges as well as block opposite charges effectively. In particular, a hole transport layer is important in terms of air prevention. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate dopant-free and hydrophobic polymeric hole transport materials (HTMs). In this study, an unique polymeric HTM is synthesized by adjusting the solubility using tetraethylene glycol group. The planar-PSC accepting PTEG shows an efficiency of 19.8% without any dopants, which corresponds to the highest value reported until now. This study suggests a fundamental strategy for designing and synthesizing various polymeric HTMs.
