제목 Polymer solar cells with metallic nanoparticles controlled their dispersity in active layer
초록 In recent years, plasmonic effect with metallic nanoparticles(NPs) in polymer solar cells (PSCs) has been studied by many researchers due to solving limited light absorption problem in PSCs. In order to utilize metallic NPs in PSCs, many researchers have applied to interlayer of PSCs such as hole extraction layer(HEL) and electron extraction layer(EEL) or blend them in BHJ active layer. In these case, metallic NPs might be dispersed well in each layer or not because of functional group type and the number of ligand on metallic NPs, result in different performance of PSCs. So, in this study, we controlled the number of attached ligand on metallic NPs and blend into bulk-heterojunction(BHJ) PSCs. From the obtained results, dispersity of metallic NPs in BHJ layer was controlled through the control of the number of capped ligand and the PSCs devices showed the different photovoltaic responese each other.
