In flexible optoelectronic device, transparent electrodes are crucial due to optical and electrical properties. So, many studies have been conducted on flexible transparent electrode. ITO (Indium tin oxide) widely used as a transparent electrode in optoelectronic device. However it is cracked while bending with flexible substrate and hard to process at low temperature. To overcome these problems, we fabricated amorphous IZTO (In2O3-SnO2-ZnO) film on flexible substrate by pulsed DC magnetron sputter at room temperatures. To investigate the performance of IZTO film, we fabricated PLED with IZTO as a transparent electrode. As a result, both max efficiency and brightness were increased compare with PLED of ITO transparent electrode. |
