This article describe the synthesis of UV irradiation polymerization and adhesion properties of peel strength, peel strength after a thermo-hygrostat in 80℃, RH 70% measured to SUS, polycarbonate panel(PC), glass. The well known monomer such as 2-ethylhexxyl acrylate(2-EHA), butyl acrylate(BA), isooctyl acrylate(IOA), isodecylatcrylate(IDA), lauryl acrylate(LA) and functional monomer are polymerized with acrylic acid(AA). After making PSA with acrylate polymerization from mixing 2-EHA and AA with each 89:11, 90:10, 91:9 and 92:8 rate, the adhesion is measured. The 90:10 adhesion property is the strongest. Based on the above test result, acrylate polymerization of PSA is composed with AA ratio of 90:10 on BA, IOA, IDA and LA, and adhesion is measured. From the result, adhesion characteristic of 2-EHA is shown a little better result than other monomers, and PSA with BA and LA polymerization fall off PC. |
