제목 Study on the properties of PSA tape andsynthesis of UV curing for acrylic polymer
초록 This article describe the synthesis of UV irradiation polymerization and adhesion properties of peel strength, peel strength after a thermo-hygrostat in 80℃, RH 70% measured to SUS, polycarbonate panel(PC), glass. The well known monomer such as 2-ethylhexxyl acrylate(2-EHA), butyl acrylate(BA), isooctyl acrylate(IOA), isodecylatcrylate(IDA), lauryl acrylate(LA) and functional monomer are polymerized with acrylic acid(AA). After making PSA with acrylate polymerization from mixing 2-EHA and AA with each 89:11, 90:10, 91:9 and 92:8 rate, the adhesion is measured. The 90:10 adhesion property is the strongest. Based on the above test result, acrylate polymerization of PSA is composed with AA ratio of 90:10 on BA, IOA, IDA and LA, and adhesion is measured. From the result, adhesion characteristic of 2-EHA is shown a little better result than other monomers, and PSA with BA and LA polymerization fall off PC.
