Viet Nam has never produced PCBs and material contained PCBs, so we imported equipments contained PCBs in some industrial sectors such as electricity, garment. Most of them focused on electric sector, it is about 60% total PCBs in over country and 13.000 other suspicious equipment containing PCBs uninvestigated. Viet Nam has issued many regulations related to PCBs management, especially the signed of the Stockholm Convention on these activities. The article wants to introduce some projects related PCBs management activities in Viet Nam, and overview of PCBs management demonstration information’s will be implemented in the next year to reach the National target in which stop using products of PCBs by 2020 and leading eliminated all PCBs by 2028. |
