초록 |
Recently, flexible printed displays and devices have been researched intensively for large area electronics. The key requirements for the exploratory devices are low-cost processing and high performance. Solution-processed organic and oxide semiconductors are of particular interest due to their potential for use in low-cost manufacturing techniques such as printing and roll-to-roll processing although some obstacles such as high temp. annealing process still remain. In this presentation, high performance solution-processed organic and oxide semiconductor devices and systems as well as advancements in photochemical activation technology which were developed recently will be demonstrated. The efforts and recent outstanding results for all printed metal oxide and ultra-flexible devices will be demonstrated in addition to novel flexible compatible methods for overcoming the limitation of current technologies. |
