Influences of the glass composition on densification, crystallization, and properties of low temperature co-fired cermics(LTCC) |
초록 |
A mixture system of MO-SiO2 (M: Ca, Sr, Ba) glass and Al2O3 crystalline powder is known to be crystallized during the sintering process. In these systems, physcal properties were strongly related with glass composition, amount of filler and sintering condition. Two glasses with different compositional ratio in CaO-SiO2 system were prepared to develop a high strength low temperature co-fired ceramic(LTCC) substrate. The effects of compostion on their densification and crystallization and physical properties were evaluated and discussed. |
