제목 Immobilization of Heparin onto TiO2 Deposited thin film
초록 TiO2 thin film was deposited onto stent surface by PECVD process using TTIP at 400℃. Then deposited TiO2 surface was modified by low temperature plasma process. Optimal modification conditions were examined by changing RF discharge power and treatment time. Heparin was grafted onto modified TiO2 surface. Surface morphology and chemical composition of heparin grafted surface were analyzed by FE-SEM, FT-IR/ATR, ESCA. Quantitative analysis of grafted heparin onto a stent was measured by UV-visable spectrometer.
