제목 | Novel preparation method of porous matrixes using overrun process |
초록 | The novel porous matrixes were prepared using overrun process, which has been usually used in the preparation of soft ice cream. The overrun process injected air bubbling into the polymer solution below frozen temperature. In particular, the technique did not require any chemical reaction and add any chemicals. The pores in the matrix formed the dual-pore structure due to the injected air bubbles and ice recrystallization. Morphological investigation revealed that overrun-processed matrixes had closed pore structures and their pore size and size distribution had been influenced by the impeller rate and concentration of polymer solution. The closed pore structure was reformed into interconnected open structure at the low concentration of the solution. The overrun process can be applied to prepare the porous scaffold containing proteins such as growth factors and other cytokines without denature due to low operative temperature. {image1} {image2} |
