제목 고상 반응법으로 제조한 Zn1-x-yAlxTiyO 의 미세구조 연구
초록 Polycrystalline Zn1-x-yAlxTiyO (0≤x≤0.05, 0≤y≤0.02) samples were fabricated by a solid-state reaction method. The as-sintered Zn1-xAlxO (0≤x≤0.05) samples contained the ZnO with a wurzite structure, along with a small amount of the cubic spinel ZnAl2O4. The amount of the ZnAl2O4 increased with an increase in Al content. The grain size decreased with increasing Al content because of the pinning effect caused by the ZnAl2O4 particles on grain boundaries and the dragging effect between the added Al2O3 and grain boundaries. The grain size was in the range of 2.7-7.3㎛. The added Al2O3 gave rise to a decrease in the density, ranging from 99.2 to 90.1% of the theoretical density. In addition, the substitution of Ti for Al in Zn0.97Al0.03O led to an increase in Zn2TiO4 and a decrease in ZnAl2O4. The grain size and density of the Zn0.97Al0.03-yTiyO samples increased with increasing Ti content, indicating that sintering was promoted by the addition of TiO2.
