제목 | Novel Core-Shell Type Resin for Cyclic Peptide Synthesis |
초록 | The effectiveness of solid-phase peptide sybthesis is govened by the accessibility of reagents to the reactive site in solid supports. We have prepared a core-shell type resin, which has the functional groups at the outer layer of the resin bead. This was accomplished by the selective Fmoc group coupling to the resin in the MC/water biphasic system. The fuctional group distribution was confirmed by the confocal laser scanning microscopy (CLSM). To illustrate the efficiency of the core-shell type resin, a model cyclic peptide was synthesized on both the core-shell type resin and the non core-shell type resin. Coupling yields and purities of the peptides were compared by HPLC analysis. |
