제목 Fabrication of Highly Effective Enzyme-based Electrochemical Biosensors for Urea Detection  
초록 A variety of enzymatic electrochemical biosensors are fabricated for the quantitative monitoring of urea and glucose concentrations. The urease-based nickel oxide (NiO)/ITO bioelectrode is produced by the immobilization of urease on the  NiO nanostructures with high surface area, which are electrophoretically deposited on the ITO electrode. The silk fibroin (SF) scaffolds and porous PDMS membranes are also used to place urease near the surface of the aminated glassy carbon electrode (GCE) (urease/SF(or PDMS)/aminated GCE). These prepared electrodes can be employed for electrochemical urea sensing utilizing cyclic voltammetry and amperometry techniques. The fabricated sensing platforms display rapid detection responses and high sensitivities with linear correlations between current and urea concentrations.
