제목 Transient Photocurrent를 이용한 유기 LB 막에서 광 유발 전자전달현상에 대한 연구
초록 The photoinduced electron transfer rate in the hetero Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) film
MIM device composed of 7,8-dimethyl-10-dodecyl isoalloxazine (flavin) and N-docosilquinolinium tetracyanoquinodimethan (TCNQ) was investigated. Flavin and TCNQ wereused as electron donor and acceptor, respectively. The photocurrent - time responseusing step function input xenon lamp light irradiation was performed to find thephotoswitching effect. By photocurrent (I) - voltage (V) measurement, the rectifyingproperty of the MIM device of hetero LB film has the rectifying property. The transientphotocurrent of homo (flavin) and hetero (flavin/TCNQ) LB film shows that the chargeseparation rate has the sub nanosecond order and charge shift and transfer rate ofhetero LB film is much faster by the effect of electron acceptor.
