제목 물-메탄올 혼합용액에서 L-O-L-A (L-ornithine-L-aspartate)의 다형 결정화 거동
초록 L-O-L-A, a pharmaceutical material, is a salt of two amino acids (L-ornithine and L-aspartic acid) and has two crystal forms (a- and b-forms). a-type salt (L-O-L-A monohydrate) may be disadvantageously colored or swelled on preservation for a long period of time. In order to obtain better understanding of solventing-out crystallization, it is essential to evaluate how the supersaturation is created in the system, as well as to determine the metastable zone width as a function of the temperature. The solvent and temperature effect on the crystallization behavior of the polymorphs were investigated in a mixture of water and methanol (MeOH) under agitated crystallization. Finally, experimental data were discussed in terms of the dielectric constant.
