제목 Polymer-Embedded Hybrid Materials for Organic Memory Transistors
초록 Organic materials such as polymers do usually benefit softness and flexibility, while they can be processed from solutions at low temperatures. However, organic materials are relatively weaker than inorganic materials in terms of physical and mechanical stability. A recent paradigm shift reveals that electronic devices needs to be flexible and thin but should have high stability comparable to conventional rigid devices. In addition, the flexible electronic devices require additional low-cost manufacturing advantages. Neither organic or inorganic electronic devices cannot meet these all requirements so that a viable approach can reach hybrid electronic devices. In this presentation, we demonstrate highly stable polymer-embedded hybrid materials which act as a memory layer in organic memory transistors with an outstanding operation stability at high temperatures.
