Keeping effective mobility and improving reliability by using a blend system in solution-processed Organic Thin Film Transistors |
| 초록 |
We have produced OTFT devices containing a combine matrix with a polymeric semiconductor, and a small molecule that display high-performance characteristics compared with OTFT devices. The integration of small-molecule and polymeric organic semiconductors provided a means of enhancing device uniformity and field-effect mobility while keeping the essentially high mFET values associated with the polymeric organic semiconductor. |
