제목 | Morphological modulation of block copolymer nanostructure near topologically heterogeneous surface |
초록 | We investigate the formation of locally ordered nano-patterns of block copolymer melt near various topologically heterogeneous surfaces possessing 1-diemsional or 2-dimensional periodic embossment, particularly focusing on how those surface topologies affect the nano-patterns of neighboring block copolymer fluid. Using both cell dynamics simulation and self-consistent filed calculation, we construct phase maps as a function of the composition of block copolymer (f) and the surface interaction (h), and the parameters describing the surface roughness (periodicity and height of embossment, etc). We find many cases of surface-induced order-order transitions including hexagon-to-perforated lamellae (HPL). The simulated surface-induced modulations or transformations in block copolymer morphology are theoretically discussed and compared with experimental results.
