제목 | A Study on the Crystallization Kinetics of Polybutene-1(PB-1) / Silicate Hybrids. |
초록 | Polybutene-1 (PB-1), that is using for pipes and films for various industry, has four kinds of phase transformation of crystal form. Pure PB-1 exhibits time-dependent polymorphism that tetragonal crystal form Ⅱ, twined hexagonal crystal form, untwined hexagonal crystal form, and orthorhombic structure. In present study, we prepared PB-1/silicate hybrids using organically modified clay and unmodified clay by solution methods and show the X-ray different (XRD) pattern of PB-1 with silicate loading contents. In order to find the effect silicates on crystallization of PB-1 spherulite, we used the isothermal crystallization process by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). Avrami method and the value of half-time crystallization t1/2 were applied to describe the crystallization process of PB-1/silicate hybrids. fig1. XRD pattern for clay and PB-1/clay nanocomposites. |
