PET fabric/poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT) composite with high EMI shielding efficiency |
초록 |
PET fabric/Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)(PEDOT) composite with high electrical conductivity was prepared by chemical and electrochemical polymerization of EDOT in sequence on a PET fabric. Monomer solution was prepared by dissolving EDOT and poly(vinyl pyrrolidone)(PVP) as a binder in 1-butanol. Ferric p-toluene sulfonate(FTS) was dissolved in 1-butanol as an oxidant solution. PEDOT was coated by dipping the fabric into the mixed solution of monomer and oxidant solutions and then chemically polymerizing EDOT. The electrochemical polymerization was carried out in various electrolyte solutions by applying a constant current density to the PET fabric coated with chemically polymerized PEDOT and metal. We studied surface morphology, thermal stability, electromagnetic interference shielding effectiveness(EMI SE), and electrochemical properties of the composite. The specific volume resistivity and conductivity of the resulting composite were extremely low as 0.04Ω∙cm and 25S/cm. |
