제목 Effect of Silver Nanoparticles on the Performance of Hybrid Photovoltaics Devices
초록 Alkylated silver, synthesized by the reaction between silver perchlorate and a series of alkylated amines, were incorporated into the hybrid photovoltaics solar cells to improve their photovoltaic performance. The surface plasmon resonance effect of the silver nanostructures with various sizes was investigated and their morphology were characterized by transmission electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction techques. They were added to improve light-harvesting ability of solar cells. The various amount of alkylated silver nanoparticles was also introduced in a hole-transporting layer of PEDOT:PSS to improve the light absorption and enhanced the power conversion efficiency of the cells.
