제목 Crosslinked Copolymer for Surface Modification and Nanosize Control
초록 Ultra-thin films of benzocyclobutene (BCB)-functionalized styrene/ methyl methacrylate random copolymer (P(S-r-BCB-r-MMA)) were thermally-crosslinked on a selected Si substrate, but generally applicable to other systems, with a controlled thickness ranging from 0 to 10.5 nm. The amorphous homopolymer penetration and microdomain orientations of block copolymers was investigated as a function of the thickness of crosslinked P(S-r-BCB-r-MMA) copolymer by neutron reflectivity (NR) and surface morphology. In addition, BCB-functionalized styrene-b-methyl methacrylate block copolymer, P(S-r-BCB)-b-PMMA, was synthesized by RAFT. By competing effect between ordering process and crosslinking reaction, we could expect the wide range of pore size control.
