제목 | 우레아 가수분해로 제조된 리튬 이차전지용 LiCoO2에서 열처리 시간이 전기화학적 특성에 미치는 영향 |
초록 | Electrochemical properties of lithium secondary battery are greatly dependent on crystalline particle size of cathode materials. LiCoO2 powders were synthesized with lithium carbonate and cobalt nitrate as raw materials, and precursors were prepared by urea hydrolysis. In this study, the LiCoO2 powders were synthesized via a solid state reaction with various Li2CO3 concentration between 0% and 20% excess. And LiCoO2 powders were heat treated at 800℃ for various time. The crystal structure and morphology of LiCoO2 were investigated by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. Particle size, lattice parameter and electrochemical properties of LiCoO2 powders were investigated with the increase of heating time. |
