제목 | The Impact of NaF Doping in CIGS Solar Cell Prepared on Various Glass Substrates |
초록 | There are many types of substrates applied in CIGS thin film solar cells. Among them, Mo-coated glass substrate is the one that has been commonly used. In general, a Na-containing glass has a similar CTE to that of CIGS, and the Na may diffuse into CIGS during high temperature film growth and passivate the harmful defects in CIGS to improve the solar cell efficiency. In this study, for producing the solar cell device, we prepared Mo-coated glass substrates, which have different Na contents,and deposited CIGS film onto them by co-evaporation. In order to investigate the effect of Na content of the substate on the performance of the CIGS solar cell device, we supplied extra Na right after finishing the CIGS growth. I-V characteristics showed that the effective conversion efficiency of device fabricated on the high Na glass was decreased from 12.11% to 11.68% after PDT. On the contrary, the efficiency of the device on the low Na glass was increased from 6.23% to 13.92% by the PDT. |
