Chemically modified electrospun polyacrylonitrile naonofibers for glucose oxidase immobilization |
초록 |
Polyacrylonitrile (PAN) fibers were prepared by electrospinning method and chemically modified in order to attach glucose oxidase (GOx) covalently. PAN fibers were treated with sodium percarbonate in a solution of acetone and water followed Hoffmann degradation to get amino group as the active site for the enzyme attachment. Activity of immobilized glucose oxidase was measured. Structural and chemical properties were studied using SEM and FTIR. |
