제목 2D heterostructure-based chemical and optical sensors
초록 2D heterostructured devices have attracted much attention as promising candidates for chemical and optical sensors due to their outstanding performance beyond conventional bulk materials.
In this presentation, we firstly will talk about unique all 2D heterostructured chemical sensor such as graphene/MoS2 and NbSe2/WSe2 with NbxW1−xSe2 transition alloy junction, providing an approache to improve chemical sensing performance. Furthermore, the all 2D based heterostructured device platform can be readily applied to the flexible and wearable platform. Secondly, we will introduce 2D/3D heterostructured photonic devices with 2D materials onto conventional Si semiconductor, enabling low-temperature, high-throughput, and large-area capability. Especially, we successfully developed an atmospheric-pressure plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition (AP-PECVD) technique on 4-inch substrates at very low temperatures of <200 °C. The finally as-fabricated MoS2/Si and WS2/Si heterojunctions exhibited large and fast photocurrent responses under illumination of a green light. The measured photocurrent was linearly proportional to the laser power, indicating that trapping and detrapping of the photogenerated carriers at defect states cannot significantly suppress the collection of photocarriers. These studies would help us pave a way toward futuristic gas and optical sensing platforms based on diverse 2D materials.
