The polymer composites reinforced with multi walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNT) and carbon black(CB) were fabricated for semiconducting layers of high-voltage electrical power cables. The polymer composites were successfully fabricated by melt mixing method by kneader and twin extruder. Materials of composites were used muti-walled carbon nanotube (MWCNT), carbon black, poly(ethylene-co-butyl acrylate). The morphology and electrical properties of polymer composites were investigated via scanning electron microscope (SEM), dielectric analysis (DEA). |
