제목 High Mobility Organic Single-Crystal Transistors Based on Soluble Triisopropylsilylethynyl Anthracene Derivatives and Solid-State Packing Effect on Field-Effect Mobility.
초록 In this study, we tried to elucidate how to increase the mobility of π-stacked materials by comparing single crystal OFETs of various π-stacked materials. Rod-type single crystals based on TIPS Anthracene derivatives were grown via simple drop casting method. To characterize solid state packing effect, we introduced the concept of pitch angle (P) and roll angle (R). With the results of single crystal transistors based on these five TIPS Anthracene derivatives, we showed that effective π-stacking area, rather than π-stacking distance, dominantly determines the field effect mobility of π-stacked material. By increasing effective π-stacking area and decreasing π-stacking distance, high field effect mobility of 3.7 cm2/Vs could be obtained.
