제목 pH-responsive gelation of block peptide amphiphiles triggered by conformational change 
초록 Molecular self-assembly is a powerful tool for the preparation of materials with a wide variety of chemical, physical and biological properties. We have synthesized amphiphilic block peptide self-assembled in aqueous environments, which is very fascinated because their conformational change can give rise to 1D nano aggregates depending on pH, resulting in the formation of hydrogel. We designed the peptide has pH responsible properties, which forms α-helix_β-sheet at lower pH and random-coil_β-sheet at higher pH, respectively. At low pH, the morphology of peptide aggregates is rigid with strong stiffness, however it shows the opposite structure at high pH.
