제목 Heteroatom-doped graphene supported platinum as electrocatalyst for the oxygen reduction reaction
초록 A proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) is one of promising candidates to alter the conventional fossil-fueled power sources. However, the sluggish oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) in the cathode limits the commercialization of the PEMFC. In this study, platinum nanoparticles supported on heteroatom-doped graphene (Pt/NSG) were investigated as an electrocatalyst for the ORR. The microwave-assisted polyol method was employed to prepare the Pt/NSG. Electrochemical performances of Pt/NSG were evaluated and compared with the Pt nanoparticles supported on reduced graphene oxide (Pt/rGO) by the cyclic voltammetry (CV) and linear sweep voltammetry (LSV). Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) was used to confirm morphology of the samples.
