수열합성법을 이용한 BaO-PbO-Nd2O3-TiO2계 분말 제조 |

Homogeneous and nano-sized BPNT ((Ba1-xPbx)Nd2Ti5O14) powders were prepared under various hydrothermal conditions. Crystallinity and homogeneity of the synthetic powder, and dielectric property of the filter prepared with that powder were compared with that of the particles prepared by conventional method. Comparing with the solid state reaction products, the hydrothermally synthesized BPNT powders showed the better homogeneity in composition and particle size distribution in spite of the slightly weaker crystallinity. The dielectric properties of the filter prepared with the hydrothermal powders were also better than that of the filter manufactured with the conventional particles. |
