제목 | Effect of BiFeO3 on the dielectric and electrical properties in lead–free Bi0.5(Na0.78K0.22)0.5TiO3 piezoelectric ceramics |
초록 | In our study, a conventional solid-state reaction method was used to fabricate lead-free piezoelectric ceramics (1-x)Bi0.5(Na0.78K0.22)TiO3-xBiFeO3 ((1-x)BNKT-xBF) with x = 0 ~ 0.09. The XRD analysis results showed that the specimens used in this study revealed a phase transition from tetragonal to pseudo-cubic phase with increasing BF content. Depending on the BF content, the ferroelectric order of BNKT-xBF ceramics was disrupted, resulting in decreased remnant polarization, coercive field. The temperature-dependent dielectric peaks of the BNKT-xBF ceramics broadened and depolarization temperature decreased with increasing BF content. The BNKT-0.03BF ceramics showed an enhanced unipolar field-induced strain of 0.35%. The dynamic piezoelectric coefficient (d33*=Smax/Emax) obtained for this composition was 676 pm/V, much higher than that of polycrystalline lead-free and hard Pb(Zr,Ti)O3-based ceramics. |
