제목 Growth of Co-Ni double hydroxide nanostructures on Ni foam for methanol electro-oxidation
초록 Co–Ni double hydroxides were directly deposited onto Ni foam by the potentiostatic deposition method at −0.75 V vs. SCE using different molar ratios of Co(NO3)2•6H2O and Ni(NO3)2•6H2O in distilled water without adding any surfactant and conducting agent. Structural and morphological studies were done by using X-ray diffraction analysis, Energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, Scanning electron microscopy and Transmission electron microscopy. A network of CoxNi1−x double hydroxide nanosheets was obtained. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy was used to study the oxidation states of Co and Ni. Electrodeposited Co–Ni layered double hydroxides were studied for methanol oxidation application.
