The effects of hydrogen bonding on the rheological properties of polymer systems |
| 초록 |
In highly polar polymer systems, the inter- and intra- hydrogen bonds play a paramount effect on the rheological properties, particularly in low shear range. This study investigates the enthalpic effects in the solutions of polyvinyl alcohol in dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO) and in the mixture of DMSO and water and molten polyethylene terephthalate of tailored chemical structure. The results can be utilized in development of preorganized polymeric systems. |
