Gold and its alloys are applied as conductive coating to biological specimens and other non-conducting materials such as plastics and bioactive-glasses. Recently, gold particles are a subject of substantial research, with applications in a wide variety of areas, including electronics and nanotechnology and the synthesis of novel materials. The morphology of surface was characterized with SEM observation. The EDX data was used to determine the constituent elements. The cellular responses to the film were performed. |
