제목 The Properties of Semiconductive Compound Composite of Various Resins for High Voltage Cable
초록 The study of enhanced properties on semiconductor compound composite for high voltage cable was investigated. Multi-walled carbon nanotube(MWNT) is used for filler, surface treatment and coupling agent were applied to dispersion between resins and MWNT. We selected the resin, ethylene-ethyl acrylate copolymer(EEA) and ethylene butyl acrylate(EBA) for high voltage cable and low-density polyethylene(LDPE) to improve surface interaction with cross linking-polyethylene(XLPE) using insulation layer of cable. We used the extrusion processes, the properties of composites were analyzed using the results. Dispersion property of filler in composites was observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM), optical microscope(OM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and electrical and dielectric properties were analyzed by using surface resistance meter and dielectric analyzer(DEA).
