A study on electrical properties of Nanocarbon-based Semiconductive Compound |
초록 |
The purpose of this study is to enhance electrical properties on semiconductive compound for high voltage cable. Multi-walled carbon nanotube(MWNT) was used for filler, physical and chemical treatment were applied to improving dispersion between resins and MWNT. Polymeric resins were selected ethylene-ethyl acrylate copolymer(EEA) for high voltage cable and low-density polyethylene(LDPE) to improve surface interaction with insulation layer of cable. MWNT-fillled polymeric composites were prepared by extrusion process. Dispersion properties of filler in composites was observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM), optical microscope(OM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and electrical and dielectric properties were analyzed by using surface resistance meter and dielectric analyzer(DEA). |
