제목 Dye sensitized sollar cells with graphene - TiO2 film as a working electrode
초록 UV-reduced graphene oxide and TiO2 nanocomposite was applied as an interfacial layer (thickness 500 nm) between FTO and nanocrystalline TiO2 film. The introduction of TiO2-graphene interfacial layer increased the Voc by 34 mV and fill factor by 14% and the photoconversion efficiency was improved by 10%, from 4.43% to 4.72%. Also, the mixture of graphene sheet and TiO2 particles were used in the working electrode. The conversion efficiency was increased to 5.41%, which is 21% higher than the standard cell.
