Solution-processed organic n-Type Thin-Film Transistors |

Significant progress has been made in the area of p-type organic field effect transistors while progress in developing n-type materials and devices has been comparatively lacking, a limiting factor in the pursuit to develop complementary organic electronic circuits. We report the performance of solution-processed n-type organic thin-film transistors based on two different types of fullerene derivatives. all devices were fabricated with organic films deposited by spin coating method. The solution processed device in the bottom-contact structures with Mg metal showed a 0.03 cm2/Vs mobility. The conventional bottom-contact device with the vacuum-deposited Mg metal. |
