Synthesis of new poly(ethylene oxide)-based block copolymer exibiting pH sensitive phase transition and it`s use for preparation of Fe3O4 nanoparticles |
초록 |
Block copolymer was simply synthesized by anionic polymerization of N-phenylmaleimide (N-PMI) in the mixture of benzene/THF/DMSO (30/5/8) at room temperature using mixed alkali metal polymeric alkoxide produced from n-butyllithium-initiated ring opening polymerization of ethylene oxide (EO) in the presence of potassium tert-butoxide in the mixture of benzene/DMSO at 35℃. The molecular weight of the block copolymers was controlled. The N-PMI fragment was deimidization in DMSO at 120℃ using hydrazine monohydrate. This PEO-based block copolymer shows pH sensitive phase transition. We used it to prepare water-soluble nano-sized iron oxide. we will report the result for this study. |
