제목 Development and corrosion resistance properties of eco-friendly water-borne inorganic zinc-rich
초록 The water-borne, inorganic zinc-rich was developed by using the alkali silicate not the alkyl silicate, which is the main ingredient of the inorganic zinc-rich that has been commonly used in order to limit the content of the volatile organic compounds of the paint. By mixing the Zn power by the content of wt%, the property evaluation of the film was engaged in after the painting. The following were engaged in: The SEM analysis, the adhesive test, and the evaluation of the environmental friendliness.  Also, in order to confirm the special characteristics of the cathodic protection according to the Zn powder content, the Salt Spray Test was conducted. And the open circuit potential measurement for the quantitative evaluation was carried out.
