제목 Structural Property of the Multi-layered Acrylic Adhesive Tape for the  Display Module Assembly
초록 The Sealant has been being used to bond plastic with painted glass in display module. The process of module assembly using sealant as a liquid paste not only does it takes long time to cure, but also it is so expensive. To solve these problems recently, have been used to tapes of removable solid type such as PET double side tape, PE Foam tape, Acrylic adhesive tape(AAT), and Heat-activated tape. AAT has some problems such as a lack of stress relaxation and low adhesion on plastic substrate. In this study to solve these problems we have developed a multi-layer AAT which is laminated on the front and back side to the functional adhesive. In order to get the stress relaxation improved, we have used UV cured acrylic adhesive as a base material, and thickness of tape is a range of 130~150㎛. Also the thickness of functional adhesive is 35~50㎛. Consequently, the peel strength and push-out adhesion of the tapes increased with increasing thickness of functional adhesive in multi-layer AAT.
