제목 Controlled, rapid fabrication of chemically derived graphene thin films by Meniscus-Dragging Deposition
초록 We developed a simple and facile method of coating chemically derived graphene for a transparent electrode. Such thin films were prepared by dragging a tiny volume (~ 40 μL) of aqueous suspension of graphene oxide (GO) confined in a meniscus, followed by reducing the GO coatings with hydriodic acid vapors. The effects of deposition speed, deposition number and GO concentration on sheet resistance and transparency of the graphene thin films will be presented.
