제목 Synthesis of ZnTe/ZnSe core/shell quantumdot and their properties
초록 In this study, we were able to successfully synthesize ZnTe/ZnSe quantum dot by using single injection bydrothermal method, coating ZnTe with ZnSe shell to afford core/shell quantum dot. In order to synthesize ZnTe core, 1-octadecene, zinc oxide and oleic acid were used as a solvent, precursors and capping agent respectively. Then injection of tellurium and selenium precursors with different Zn:Te:Se ratio made core/shell quantum dot possible. The effect of various synthetic parameters on the reaction outcome was investigated by using XRD, XPS, and spectroscopic measurements. XRD show that nano-sized particles were formed, XPS show the core-shell structure, and PL and UV shows the emission and absorption spectra of  ZnTe/ZnSe quantum dot.
