| 제목 | Synthesis of calcium phosphate films modified by incorporation of collagen |
| 초록 | Calcium phosphate is widely used in tissue repair purposes, hard tissue in particular. However, its weak mechanical strength limits further utiliziation. One of the means to overcome this problem is to use as a surface modifying agent. Various types of calcium phosphates have been introduced. In this study, we prepared calcium phosphate film modified using a natural polymer. The physical and chemical properties of the films were analyzed using SEM, EDX, and goniometer. The bioactivity of the films was examined using osteoblast-like MG63 cells.
