제목 | Preparation of microspheres and films using poly(L-lactide-co-caprolactone) |
초록 | Caprolactone and L-lactide are basic materials for the preparation of various biomaterials. Poly(L-lactide-co-caprolactone) (PLCL) is synthesized using these two monomers. PLCL is a biodegradable polymer and can be readily fabricated into various structures. In this study, we prepared PLCL microspheres and films for the use of tissue substitutes. The chemical properties of the prepared samples were analyzed using Fourier transfer infrared spectroscope and energy dispersive spectrometer. The hydrophilicity of the samples was examined by contact angle measurement.
